Welcome to Real3DPro.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Real3DPro.com, including our software, design tools, AI tools, CNC tools, 3D modeling tools, memberships, token-based services, digital products, 3D printing services, and related products and services.
By accessing, creating an account, purchasing a membership or tokens, or otherwise using Real3DPro.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Real3DPro.com and its services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live.
- You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of Real3DPro.com and its services.
2. Our Services
Real3DPro.com may provide services and tools including:
- 3D design and editing software
- CNC router design and CAM tools
- CNC laser design and CAM tools
- G-code generation
- AI-assisted design tools
- AI 3D model generation
- Digital designs and downloadable files
- 3D printing services
- Production of user-submitted designs or files
- Membership-based features
- Token-based services
- Other related digital products, software, and services
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or change features, services, pricing, or product availability when necessary.
We also reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law.
3. User Accounts
Certain Real3DPro features require an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not share your account in a manner that violates your membership or service terms.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.
You should notify Real3DPro if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of files, models, designs, images, text, or other content that you upload or create through Real3DPro where you otherwise own those rights.
By submitting content to Real3DPro, you grant Real3DPro a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, convert, or otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and use any content you submit.
You may not upload or use content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights, or other rights belonging to another person or business.
Real3DPro retains ownership of its website, software, tools, interface, source code, branding, graphics, technology, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise stated.
5. Memberships
Real3DPro may offer Free, Member, Gold, Premium, or other membership levels.
Features and benefits may vary depending on the membership selected.
30-Day Free Trial
Eligible paid memberships may include a 30-day free trial.
If a payment method is required when beginning the trial, your paid membership may automatically begin after the 30-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your membership during the free trial to prevent the first membership charge.
Membership Cancellation
You may cancel an eligible recurring membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
Access may continue through the applicable paid membership period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Membership Refunds
After the 30-day free trial ends and your first paid membership charge is processed, you have 5 days from the date of that charge to request a refund of that membership payment.
If the first membership payment occurs exactly 30 days after signup, this refund period ends 35 days after the original signup date.
No membership refund will be issued after the applicable 5-day refund period.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the membership terms and payment information associated with the purchase.

7. Token Purchases
Real3DPro may use tokens or credits for certain AI tools, generation services, or other features.
ALL TOKEN PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once tokens have been purchased:
- No refunds will be provided.
- No returns or exchanges will be provided.
- Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Unused purchased tokens are not eligible for a cash refund.
Token costs may vary depending on the tool, feature, model, or service being used.
The number of tokens required for a service may be displayed before or when the service is used.
8. Orders & Payments
All purchases are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
Payments must be made using payment methods supported by Real3DPro.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.
Prices, membership rates, token prices, and service charges may change for future purchases.
9. Shipping & Physical Products
Where Real3DPro sells or produces physical products:
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Shipping costs will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
- Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside Real3DPro’s reasonable control may occur.
- Risk of loss transfers as permitted by applicable law.
Custom-produced items may have additional restrictions because they are manufactured specifically for the customer.
10. Digital Products
Digital products, downloadable files, generated models, software, and other digital content may have separate usage or licensing terms.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing or downloading a digital product does not transfer ownership of Real3DPro’s underlying software, systems, technology, or intellectual property.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Real3DPro to:
- Upload or distribute unlawful content.
- Violate intellectual property rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, software, or systems.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful software.
- Interfere with or disrupt Real3DPro services.
- Circumvent membership, payment, token, or access restrictions.
- Abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse Real3DPro systems except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
- Use Real3DPro for activities prohibited by applicable law.
12. CNC, Laser, 3D Printing & Manufacturing Disclaimer
Real3DPro provides design, modeling, CAM, toolpath, G-code, and related manufacturing tools.
Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying designs, dimensions, toolpaths, machine settings, G-code, feeds, speeds, materials, tooling, and safety requirements before operating machinery.
CNC routers, laser systems, 3D printers, and other manufacturing equipment can cause property damage, fire, injury, or death if used incorrectly.
You are responsible for safely operating your equipment and following the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety requirements.
Real3DPro is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect machine setup, user settings, tooling, materials, G-code, machine configuration, or misuse.
13. AI-Generated Content
Certain Real3DPro services may use artificial intelligence.
AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete geometry, unexpected results, or content that requires additional review.
You are responsible for inspecting and verifying AI-generated designs, files, models, text, toolpaths, or other output before relying on or manufacturing from them.
Real3DPro does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
14. Service Availability
Real3DPro services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
- Services will always be uninterrupted.
- Every feature will always be available.
- Software will always be free from errors or bugs.
- User-generated or AI-generated results will meet every specific requirement.
- Every uploaded file will be compatible with every tool or machine.
Maintenance, software updates, third-party outages, internet interruptions, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real3DPro.com and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Services.
This may include loss of:
- Data
- Designs
- Production time
- Materials
- Profits
- Business opportunities
- Machine time
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real3DPro.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
- Your misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Content you upload or submit.
- Your violation of another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or Real3DPro services will be handled in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction in St. Clair County, Michigan.
18. Changes to These Terms
Real3DPro may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on Real3DPro.com with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of Real3DPro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
