Real3DPro Refund Policy

Token Purchases

All Real3DPro token purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once tokens are purchased, no refunds, returns, exchanges, transfers, or cash redemption will be provided for purchased tokens, including unused tokens.

Memberships

Real3DPro memberships may be canceled at any time in accordance with the membership terms applicable to your purchase.

Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid.

If you believe you are eligible for a membership refund or need assistance with a billing issue, you must contact Real3DPro by phone:

810-434-0810

Refund requests will be reviewed according to the membership terms that applied when the purchase was made.

Other Purchases

Refund eligibility for products or services other than tokens and memberships is governed by the terms presented for that product or service at the time of purchase.
