Select the model or one mesh first. Fill Holes fixes real open boundary holes. If Analyze says 0 holes but you still see gaps, use Fix See-Through Holes or Patch Visible Hole.

Tip: 0 holes means the mesh has no open boundary edges. The gaps you see can be transparent texture, one-sided faces, or closed-shell cutouts. First try Fix See-Through Holes. For real visible gaps, use Click Patch Visible Hole or Patch Brush, then save/export.
